Oh dear! The link worked fine when I posted it, but now I can't get it to work at all (I don't get a warning about it being explicit). Perhaps the site has been taken down :(
The site had some educational resources for teaching ethics based around the Melbourne 2007 games. Fortunately, I saved some of the documents from the site. The document attached below sums up the approach and the ethical model they presented. I've also got copies of most of the handouts that they refer to.
